I expected more out of this dealership We bought this car in may 2018 and bought the maintenance plan. Less than a month in had to take it in to have gps device updated because it was black We bought this car in may 2018 and bought the maintenance plan. Less than a month in had to take it in to have gps device updated because it was blacking out. Last month I get a email saying there was an update to the gps maps. I didn't have a flash drive to do this and so I asked them about doing this when I went for my 12,000 miles maintenance. I was told it was going to be over a $100 for them to do it!! Are u kidding me! When I went in for the maintenance, I understand there is a recall on the gauge that tells how much fuel is in the tank. I get emails about when the next service is on my car, but have not gotten anything to tell me about this recall. This recall is a big thing to us because we live in the country and have to travel a ways to get to a fuel station. I was also told they don't have a fix for it yet and they don't know when they will? Where can I get updates on this problem so I can get my car fixed. We travel a lot in this car and would like to get it corrected as soon as possible. I do go to this dealership because this is where we bought the car and service was good even though it is 45 minutes away, but when I heard that Volkswagen offered to wash our 2003 Volkswagen after my husband got it service, I wondered why Subaru didn't off that to the customers who bought the maintenance package or who travel to that dealership because of loyalty!! Thank you for ur time and any information u can send us about the recall. More
