Car not fixed! Had my car in back in August for a burning smell. They told me I needed a new catylic converter. $ 2,300.00. Brought it back still noting the burning smell. Now diagnosed with needing new head gaskets, etc. $ 2,600.00+. Four months, $ 5000.00 dollars!! December, still has a burning smell. Called them....bring it in. Ha...what will be the next diagnosis. More

Requested several things to be service on my 2018 Subaru WRX... after patiently waiting 4 hours, come to find out only two things were serviced.... as a customer I expect what I request to be serviced would be done!!!... No line of communication from service department with the customer while waiting for vehicle to be serviced... very unsatisfied and disappointed!!! More

Waited another hour and told could not repair and did not have a tire to replace. Sent me to NTB. I asked them to call to make sure they had a tire and directions. We test drove 3 vehicles in order to tell the difference between available features such as awd and turbo engine in the Santa fe. They were able to work with our budget and saw the value in customer service. We chose this dealership because they had the most options on the lot for 2018 and 2019 vehicles in order to see differences in design and features. Overall, I was very pleased with their attentiveness throughout the process. More

They were able to take care of my requests remotely and even delivered the new car and picked up the old one at my home in Raleigh. I leased the car without having to go to the dealership!
