Horrible salesman. Almost cost you. We came to the dealership knowing exactly which car we wanted. It still took us 6 hours to close the deal because of mistakes the salesman kept making We came to the dealership knowing exactly which car we wanted. It still took us 6 hours to close the deal because of mistakes the salesman kept making. He did not know anything about the car. He typed in the wrong information (and slowly to boot) several times for both myself and my husband and he had to redo it. He called me by the wrong name 4 times. And finally, when he went to get a full tank of gas, he left the gas cap off. There were several times I asked my husband if we should just tell him to get us someone else, but we figured by that time he had already cost us whatever time he was going to. We we're wrong. He seemed like a nice guy, but he doesn't need to be doing the actual sales. More

Quick service I had several dash lights which came on suddenly and indicated I needed immediate service. I drove directly to the dealership and was greeted by Ty. I had several dash lights which came on suddenly and indicated I needed immediate service. I drove directly to the dealership and was greeted by Ty. Even thought it was almost 4 o’clock, after I had explained I was planning on driving out of state early the next morning to be with my elderly mother during surgery, he said he would get my car checked out immediately and get it fixed quickly. I had my granddaughter with me and he arranged to take us both home. What a pleasant, professional young man! Ty called me, gave me the diagnostic results and the car was repaired before they closed that evening. We were able to pick it up and I am now in WV with my Mom. Thanks for the quick service. More

Worst place ever. Liars. Kyle, Kim and the finance man lied and told me the sante Fe I was purchasing was a AWD to only find out when I get back to WV it was FWD and They coul Kyle, Kim and the finance man lied and told me the sante Fe I was purchasing was a AWD to only find out when I get back to WV it was FWD and They could of cared less once the sell was done. The sticker was taken off the window and we asked numerous times and these 3 employees assured us it was AWD. When we called the dealership they said nothing they could do about it. Said we could trade it back in after 3 days of having it to lose $5,000.00. Worst place ever. Honestly goes a long way. And there was nothing honest about what they did. They didn’t hesitate to cash the $20,000.00 check I had as a down payment though. More

The service advisor was responsive and knowledgable The service advisor very quickly diagnosed my problem. It turned out to be a warranty issue which he took care ofthe blink of an eye. My daughter had a 2011 Subaru Forester with 98000 miles on it. The engine has failed yet the warranty cover the replacement of the whole engine. I was in and out of the service department in 10 minutes. A week later I had the car repaired with zero cost. You can't get service better than that! These people are awesome and knowledgeable. More
