So disappointed My very first visit was for an oil change, when I went to pay they had also charged me for an alignment that I did not ask for. I scheduled my second Appointment online- a state inspection; when they sent me my confirmation they had ADDED an alignment. I made sure this time that they removed it. My 3rd try was last week when I scheduled to have two new tires installed however when I arrived for my appointment they didn’t have the tires. So I went to a tire place and bought 4 new tires- and brakes. The sales department was so professional and helpful when I bought my Forester but their service department is a huge disappointment and not worth my time More

The manager of the Collision Shop;, Page was awesome and made me feel comfortable that if I should experience any problems with the repairs done on the car to bring it back.
