Incredibly helpful and caring After traveling 2,600 miles across the country 2 parts broke due to wear and tear along the way. Thankfully covered by the extended warranty. During the 3 days of waiting on the parts to come and get it fixed I drove a rental and when I picked up my crosstrek my deductible was actually waived. The service was wonderful. I plan on bringing my Subaru here for as long as I’m living in Greensboro. More
Great service, Service was done well, in a timely manner. Everybody was friendly and courteous. Have no complaints with service at all. My only complaint is it’s too expensive for retired people . I had air conditioner Freon added, then had diagnostics done to see why check engine light was on. The oxygen sensor was replaced . Came to 900.00 dollars More

Issue #1- needed to get a headlight bulb repl Terrible service, again. If there was another Subaru dealership within 50 miles we would go elsewhere. Issue #1- needed to get a headlight bulb replaced for the third time on our 2013 outback. When we drove the car at night, the headlights had been so improperly adjusted they aimed 10 feet in front of the car. Issue #2.Dropped off our car for routine service at 1:30, was told we would receive updates in case the car wasn't ready by close of business. No updates received, so we called around 5:30 and was told the car was ready. We drove the 25 minutes to pick it up at 6:00, but the service department was already closed, only the dealership was open. No one there could process our payments and access our car. No loaner car available. My wife had to Uber to work the next day. More
