Above and beyond I was originally going to take my 2013 Forester some place else for something as routine as replacing spark plugs but got tired of waiting (they were I was originally going to take my 2013 Forester some place else for something as routine as replacing spark plugs but got tired of waiting (they were late opening despite my making an appointment). Taking that as a bad omen, I decided to bite the bullet by going to the dealership. Nothing against the dealership - always good service - but for something this routine I thought I'd explore other options that might be cheaper. Glad I went. They were able to squeeze me in without an appointment. And I had forgotten about the shuttle service, which is great (I have an office nearby and was able to get some work done while waiting). But the fact that they not only replaced the plugs, they test drove it to make sure everything was good was a huge plus. They called me regarding recommending replacing the rear brake pads, which I signed off on. Overdue, actually. Those are the original brakes with 72,000 miles on the odometer. They also heard a rattle noise (I had forgotten) when you turn the wheel, so they lubricated the axle (so far so good). I think they also inflated my tires (the pressure light was on and had been meaning to take care of it). Light's now off. Outstanding service! Highly recommend them. More

Poor Job I have been using this Subaru dealership since moving to the Geensboro area and I find the experience empty. When I say empty I mean I feel like u am I have been using this Subaru dealership since moving to the Geensboro area and I find the experience empty. When I say empty I mean I feel like u am at a Chevy or Ford dealership, moved through like a part on the assembly line, no personal attention and everyone is just a bit rude. I have had great experiences at other dealerships and will be looking for that when I try Flow Subaru in Winston Salem NC. More
