yes and no. to order parts in a timely manner - BIG NO. Back in the January 2018, your dealership determined that my radio needed to be replaced. It took a FULL YEAR for the radio to FINALLY come in. once Back in the January 2018, your dealership determined that my radio needed to be replaced. It took a FULL YEAR for the radio to FINALLY come in. once it came in, I called and scheduled an appointment for the radio to be installed. The day I got there, I was told that the radio was sent back since it couldn't be held for 3 weeks due to my not being in town. I asked why I wasn't told this when I made the appointment - no one had an answer. So I had to wait for the radio to be reordered again - luckily this time it didn't take another year. the help I finally got from Ty Williams with ordering the part and getting called when the radio finally came in to the service department, he was very helpful. as far as ordering parts, etc in timely manner - NO, I wouldn't recommend this dealership. I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY A CUSTOMER HAS TO WAIT A FULL YEAR FOR PARTS TO COME IN FOR MY VEHICLE BUT THE DEALERSHIP CAN'T WAIT THREE WEEKS TO INSTALL SAID PARTS. that's not good customer service at all.
