The perfect dealer experience In the search for a new ride I found myself at many dealerships looking and considering many different vehicles. Each experience was different and each time I didn't feel like the employees really cared about me and what I was looking for in a car, instead they tried to play games with what they could offer. This all changed when I got in contact with Scott Martinez. He is truly passionate about what he does and the product he could offer me. Scott made him self more than available to answer any questions I had and went out of his way to ensure I could get the car I was looking for. Just talking to Scott made me more excited to get a Subaru than I previously was, I'd say if it was not for Scott I would not be loving my new WRX today, I'd still be in my old ride dreaming of a new car. The process was seamless thanks to Scott and the other guys I worked with. They made sure the car was perfect for me. The financing process was smooth as well, I was able to get an amazing apr I wouldn't have been able to get with even a credit union. All in all everyone was top of the class in helpfulness and I would definitely recommend Scott and capital Subaru to anyone looking for a new car. More

8 minute oil change and tire rotation Arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment. Great customer service I was traveling and needed an oil change. The Subura dealer in the city where I was working said it would be 2 weeks wait to have my oil changed.
