When I asked why, the service manager Dale Ozment told me that each dealership is an independent franchise. he said if I wanted to get my money back, I would have to pursue action against Glassman Subaru in Michigan... I have still not been reimbursed for it.. Why does the customer have to pay for damage caused by a Subaru mechanic? Why does the customer end up having to chase down Subaru for money charged because of a Subaru mechanic's mistake?
