It was like the salesman didn't know how to work the technology inside the car. I will have to go to another dealership in WS to get my questions answered about how things work in the car. I won't go back to this dealership. I bought a Hyundai, not a Subaru as listed below and won't let me correct. More

Excellent Sales Rep and GM but not so great of a dealership! The Good: Tony - period. He made the difference and convinced to stay as a loyal Hyundai customer despite the "Average" dealership he operates from. The Good: Tony - period. Capital Hyundai needs to work harder at customer satisfaction and focus more on what the customer wants. Sales GM was also excellent and made the difference. Jessica from Online Sales was excellent as well though not interaction took place with but she hooked me up with Tony and I am glad she did. The Bad: I was told my lease would end April 23 when so I bought a new car when in fact I learned from Hyundai Finance that it was not due till May 23 so now I am forced to return a car to Hyundai 2 months early and I still owe another payment on the lease. No Happy about that!!! The Ugly: None :) More

Very pleasant experience I has only intended to stop by and look at a car since I had 3 of my grandkids with me (7,4,3 years old!). Brandon was so good with them!! He was still able to help me out and explain everything. He found a way to get me in a new Outback at a payment that I felt comfortable paying. I was even able to call him when I got home because I had forgotten to get something out of my trade. It was nice that he called me a couple of days later to see how I was doing with the new car and to see if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend him and your dealership. More
