Pleasant car buying experience results in two sales! I first pulled into Capital in the early winter of 2018. At the time I was just in the scoping out stage and not currently looking to replace my car. I first pulled into Capital in the early winter of 2018. Dameon was still enthused to show me a couple of sonatas that I was interested in, and promised to keep in touch over the next couple of months. Fast forward to February, I texted Dameon to see if he was around for me to come in for a test drive. When I pulled in he had already pulled the cars I was interested in and had them ready for me to inspect and drive... impressive since it had been a while since we last spoke. I test drove and decided on a lightly used car, and mentioned that my wife was interested in a Subaru Forester. Dameon then searched and found a brand new Forester (still in the factory packaging) that was well within our collective budget and had all the features she was looking for. As a professional financial analyst, I had already conducted all the research needed to know that we really were getting a great deal, without having to haggle back and forth... So we decided to purchase both cars that very night, in part because of the great deal, but more so because we really enjoyed working with Dameon throughout the whole car buying process. More

Slow Followup and no complimentary wash? I have a fleet 2017 Subaru Forester that has had repetitive issues with AC, and front headlight staying lit. Hopefully this dealership fixed it! I called 24+ hours and left message after leaving the vehicle to check status of repair. I did not get a call back To that message. Even though I was a corporate customer a fair evaluation of repair time for an alternate car rental is the least that should have occurred. When I did pick up the vehicle, which does appear to be repaired at the moment, the exterior of the vehicle is still dirty. Evidently a free car wash is not part of extended service at this dealership. More
