Great process from start to finish Staff was super nice and easy to work with. They didn't hound us too much and generally made the buying experience an easy one. When we had an issue with the vehicle we purchased(paint chip from when they cleaned it) they were quick to respond and seemed like they genuinely wanted to help solve the problem. They could have just dumped us on hyundai warranty support but they worked with us instead. Finance was easy to get through. All of the paperwork was prepped and ready to go, Brian explained everything in plain terms and allowed us to read each document and didn't pressure us to move on at any time. I scheduled my appt online and the service department was ready to take my car Overall my experience with getting my 2019 WRX repaired was very good. I scheduled my appt online and the service department was ready to take my car when I arrived. They diagnosed the problem in a timely manner and told me the parts were on order so I could bring my car back when they arrived. The loaner they provided was a new Outback which was nice. The only thing kind of on the downside was I had to call them after a few days to get an update on my car. Not a big deal to me but may be to some other people. Overall I was impressed with the service. More
