Quick and efficient I thought I would have to be without my vehicle for more than a month and the guys made it happen to where it only a week and a half. Purchase process took way too long. This was my 2nd purchase from this location, previous was from Bob Dunn Hyundai. In spite of phone commitment to purchase in late morning, little was This was my 2nd purchase from this location, previous was from Bob Dunn Hyundai. In spite of phone commitment to purchase in late morning, little was ready when we arrived. After 45 minutes only a couple of minor papers were completed. Still had to wait 20 minutes after things were turned over to finance manager to be called to his office. He was completely unsympathetic to our delay to the point of being somewhat rude. Salesman was busy with other customers when we finally finished, said he had hoped to go over a few things but would call later on phone. It will be 1 week tomorrow, have not heard from him. No follow up. He did not walk me out to the car at the end and the car was only actually ready (gassed up & washed) at same time we finished with finance manager, 90+ minutes after our arrival at 1pm appointment time. There was no financing involved so it should have been a much simpler & quicker process. Not Subaru ... there's no Hyundai choice below. Also, my internet query was not answered before my trip to the dealership whereas other dealers responded almost immediately. More
