worst customer service I purchased a car from Bob Dunn Hyundai Greensboro location. While purchasing the vehicle we agreed upon installing heated seat and picked up a suitab I purchased a car from Bob Dunn Hyundai Greensboro location. While purchasing the vehicle we agreed upon installing heated seat and picked up a suitable plan accordingly. I never got a call to install the heated seat for about 2 months or so and hence I decided on getting a refund. Since to date I haven't received a refund despite making multiple visits to the showroom and calling several times. Every time they agree on sending me a refund check but they never do. They never reply to emails or call back. This is the first time I have experienced worst customer service in America. More

The saleman was nice, but the remainder of the staff is very unprofessional that they can not return a phone call to let me know why its taking so long to pay off my trade. More
