Great Greensboro dealership Usually buying new car is a hasstle ,not in Capital Hyunday of Greensboro. I live in Charlotte and first checked few Hyundai dealerships in Charlotte Usually buying new car is a hasstle ,not in Capital Hyunday of Greensboro. I live in Charlotte and first checked few Hyundai dealerships in Charlotte area ,and I got lemon experience. Thru Costco auto program I was sent in Greensboro. These people are amazing!!!From the first call till shaking hands in the end of the deal all was pleasure. They are very professional(Thank you Gabriel). I love my new car. I dont know does 15 min. saves $500.00 on insurance ,but driving 1 h to Greensboro saved my thousands.;-) Thank you. More

Very Good experience I went to Capital Hyundai after visiting 2 other dealerships that evening, and not getting anywhere with the sales people. We arrived at Capital Hyund I went to Capital Hyundai after visiting 2 other dealerships that evening, and not getting anywhere with the sales people. We arrived at Capital Hyundai at 8:30pm and I honestly thought that they were going to give us the dirty look, but to our surprise they were very nice and helpful and spent almost 2 hours with us (even if after a while there were no other customers left in the dealership but us) and we went home that night with a signed contract. So I can say that they went above and beyond to provide us with exactly the car that we asked for. More

Capital gives car dealerships a bad reputation After their internet sales representative contacted me, I informed them of the vehicle I was looking for and the option package and accessories that I After their internet sales representative contacted me, I informed them of the vehicle I was looking for and the option package and accessories that I wanted. They responded with a True Car pricing report that was $500 over invoice. They claim that this price is competitive and will beat any other dealers in North Carolina. I responded back to them with an out of state price quote that was almost 4% under invoice. There response was since I was getting a price from another state they would be unable to compete with that pricing. Furthermore, they state that apparently this policy became effective today whereas they can only guarantee the lowest price from other dealers in North Carolina. Don't waste your time dealing with the folks at Capital. You will not get a straight answer from them. More
