6 month wait to get leak fixed I took 6 month to get a leak fixed through my Eye Sight unit. Luckily it was still under warranty. worst dealer experience ever I went to this dealer April 15, 2019 and asked to look at used Outbacks in the 2016 vintage to fit my budget. I was shown and drove a 2018 with 28000 I went to this dealer April 15, 2019 and asked to look at used Outbacks in the 2016 vintage to fit my budget. I was shown and drove a 2018 with 28000 miles that was a dealer loaner and had been in an accident by my sales person. I liked this car and got the car fax and had the used car evaluator drive my car. I was limited on time and asked the sales person to call me with an offer. While I was there the "manager" (person in charge I guess) held a staff meeting with the message "we have to work as a team and let's get going". This took 15 minutes while I was waiting at a table along with at least 2 other customers. They had my keys, so I had to wait, so as the meeting went on and on I asked for my keys and drove off. The sales person later called and offered $750 for my car and I laughed. They finally got up to $2000 and quoted a price that I thought was good. I went in the next day with my title and second set of keys ready to buy the 2018. I asked to speak to the used car manager, who was off that day so I spoke with the manager who was there and told him I was ready to buy the car. He showed me the price sheet which was $3500 that what the sales person had quoted. I showed him the note I had written and he seemed uninterested and walked off. The sales person walked by as I was leaving and asked if "we closed the deal" to which I responded that "you quoted me a price on the wrong car. I had never driven or even set in a 2017 and that is the price I was given. I've purchased numerous cars over the years and this is definitely the worst ever. I've spoken with others who bought there who had similar experiences. The good news is that I will be able to find the car I want from a dealership that wants my business. More
