Robbed I had purchased the no cost maintenance program with my lease at Bob Dunn. Capital bought Bob Dunn and has honored my service program since. When I came for the last oil change before 30,000 miles I was told that my air filters were "a little dirty." I stated to have them changed as it was included in my 30,000 mile coverage. I was told that this was not possible because my car was not at 30,000 miles yet. Fast forward to 31,000 miles. I bring in my car for the 30,000 mile service which I believed to be covered. I arrive and state what needs to be done. 30 minutes later I am told that my maintenance agreement has expired. The tech that I was dealing with stated that it may be possible to call the company and plead my case and get reimbursed for the 30,000 mile service that I was not able to receive. I call the company and am told that there is no record of my no cost maintenance plan with said company (Maintenance, Plus Service, a dealer maintenance, LLC program) and it was likely not "pushed through." I go out to the service bay and my car has been already brought to the front and finished. I explain my situation with the Tech and she stated that she could give me 10% off but would talk to the service manager about my situation. The service manager shared his condolences but stated, "that is why Bob Dunn no longer is in business in Greensboro, because they did this to people." The Tech was very helpful and I could see that she felt empathy for my situation (Amanda Smith). This is in no way a reflection of her. If my record was run before my car was taken I would have known that my service agreement was expired and I would have not had this maintenance done on my car. However I could have also had this service, that I paid for in my lease agreement, done when I previously brought my car in for service before the 30,000 miles and the expiration date. I knew that I would not cross 30,000 miles before my lease was up and Capital refused to complete the service. There are multiple ways that this could have been remedied. I ended up spending 280$ that I would have not spent had Capital Subaru honored the service agreement at my previous visit. So I ended up spending roughly 300$ twice. More
Good service My check engine light came on. I took my car to Capital Hyundai. They fixed it but it kept coming back on. After 4 tries the car was fixed! The cau My check engine light came on. David kept trying until he figured out what the problem was with the switch. More
Wiring harness replacement My 2018 Santa Fe broke down in Greensboro due to an engine malfunction after the (953 campaign) was performed at Modern Hyundai in Concord. I drove my vehicle to Capital Hyundai & the staff worked diligently to determine the issue which at first was thought to be the engine.but after much testing it was actually the wiring harness Since there were no available loaners, I had to rent a car from Enterprise which was paid for by Hyundai. Although my vehicle was there for over a month & a 1/2, I was in constant contact with David who gave me updates as to what was happening & when the parts should be arriving. I was notified on Monday, 4/22 that my vehicle was ready for p/u. I appreciate the staff @ Capital & especially David who understood my frustration. Thanks. More
Amanda and nick are great assets to subaru I brought my car in with concerns over a noise and even though we could not pin point the issue and I was out of a car for a little while. Amanda provided great customer service and nick took the time to drive with me to try and figure out the issue. I'm a huge subaru fan and have own subaru vehicles since I was 19. A company product doesn't finish with just a physical item It also depends and thrives on great customer service. Subaru has a outstanding product and amanda and nick are big reasons why. I would like to thank them again for all the help. More

My experience at Capital Subaru and Hyundai My son in law dealt with Alvin Graves on my behalf. They spent most of the day working out the deal. I went in and test drove the Elantra.
