I had been to the dealership once before my purchase and worked with Gwynn on that day. I went home and told my husband about the customer service and how awesome Gwynn was. We decided to go test drive the car together - we were not planning on buying that day. Gwynn listed to what we wanted out of our car and test drove three different cars with us before we decided on which one was the right one. He is such a patient and kind man. If you need a car and have no clue what you want - he is really great at listening and finding the perfect car for you. The finance department was also exceptional in making sure we knew about our purchase and loan terms as well warranty options. This dealership currently has my business for life.
