Took time off from work and made arrangements with car rental to drop off my car for repairs needed. Then they tell me they don’t have all the parts. I don’t think they even looked at the parts until I go rental to drop off my car for repairs needed. Then they tell me they don’t have all the parts. I don’t think they even looked at the parts until I got their. They keep forgetting the details of the repairs needed, and I had to make 4 phone calls to get a revised repair estimate, not including many phone calls made with no answer in the service department or it goes into a voice mail that is not set up yet. After the 4th call for the estimate needed I still waited another 2 days. Then estimate didn’t make sense and was done unprofessionally. The revised estimate was less then the first one because they can’t remember all the details or they don’t keep notes. Then I’m told the added part comes with the section that needs to be painted which it clearly does not. So first it needs a body shop then it doesn’t. The job will take couple days. Then it changed to 4 hours. Oops they forget there was paint involved. Then 3 days. Gracious!! 2 different stories from 2 different people. Now I don’t trust them to even change my oil. I will drive an hour and go to New Bern from now one. I went against my better judgement even after reading all the lousy reviews with this place. I won’t do that again. More
Bottom Line: Suspected Fraud- Service department did not perform service that was paid for (tire rotation) during 2nd scheduled vehicle service interval (12,000 miles), and most likely didn't during the 1st perform service that was paid for (tire rotation) during 2nd scheduled vehicle service interval (12,000 miles), and most likely didn't during the 1st one either. Service dept was also very "coy" about the type of oil included in the maintenance plan, on both service visits. Filed complaint with NC DOJ and asked to have them investigated. More
Do not take you car to get repaired here they do snake like work to quote unquote hook you up. I have report them to corporate twice which the dealership was hit twice with negative reports and I report t like work to quote unquote hook you up. If you do happen to take your car get proof of everything that happens don't trust them with anything they will stab you in the back and call you a liar. If your family member is not knowledgeable with automobiles, make sure they have someone to ask about the service they are recommending, before you sign anything. My daughter's husband is deployed on a training mission. She took her car in, for recalls. She also had a brake light come on. She asked them to check it out. They diagnosed a leaking brake banjo bolt. They tried to fix to the tune of $275, then tried scaring her into new front rotors, brake pads, a caliper and brake hose, to the tune of $1000. Thankfully, she called me, and she was only out the $275. Her husband will be fixing this himself. Just beware of up-charging and the tactics used to get more money from you or your family member.
