It took 2 and a half hours for a oil change after having a appointment. Then the service guy said I need new tires on a brand new suv with 27k miles. I knew there was no way after I just got my car inspecte a appointment. Then the service guy said I need new tires on a brand new suv with 27k miles. I knew there was no way after I just got my car inspected a month ago and I tires were still good. I left the dealership went to a tire place and asked them to check my tires. Thank goodness I did my Tires were a 6 30 seconds. But the advisor said they were a 4. Seems like they wanted to get money and lie about it. Poor customer service all around. More
I took my vehicle in to get the O2 sensor in bank 1 replaced. Upon pick up the check engine light remained on even though they said they fixed the issue. They scanned it again and said it read “pending replaced. Upon pick up the check engine light remained on even though they said they fixed the issue. They scanned it again and said it read “pending code” and that it would take more time to figure out the issue. Owner took vehicle come and tan the code again with a reader and it read the same code (P2251) for the O2 sensor. When taking it to another mechanic shop it was found that the o2 sensor was missing a ground connector and that the mechanics at capital Hyundai in Jacksonville did not fix the issue and zip tied parts together. Very disappointed in their efforts. Will not be bringing the vehicle back. More

I would like to focus on the service writer who was present the day I came in. I was concerned that I needed two panels replaced on the roof of the car. When the gentleman examined the car, he explaine present the day I came in. I was concerned that I needed two panels replaced on the roof of the car. When the gentleman examined the car, he explained to me that the fading was because of water spots and gave me some advice on what type of cleaner I could purchase to remove it. I must admit, I was more than surprised at how good his advice was. He also pointed me in the direction for another product to bring the black color back into the rain guards over the windows. Once again, his recommendation was on target. Some good advice and a little elbow grease with the right product was all I needed! Thank you and please thank the service writer for me. More

Took Ionic 5 to get a key fob programmed and they did it well. However, the car was due for a tire rotation and an air filter change and no one called me to tell me that it was due. A bit more attention to detail is needed. Now I have to bring the car back and I have to drive 100 miles to get my car to the dealership. The staff was very friendly and helpful. More
