I was told my car would be ready same-day and it took much longer. There was no communication about the delay from the dealership or updates on when my car would actually be ready. I had to call and leave voicemails to ask about the status of my car and it took multiple hours to get a response. I ended up having to scramble to find transportation to work and to get my child to childcare. I wish they would have been upfront and communicative about how long service would take. More

Didn’t seem to really care about the urgency of the situation. I know there are other customers who might be in line to get a vehicle fixed. I dropped my car off after hours unexpected and put the key fab in the early bird drop box. Left a note on the dashboard letting them know I needed a new battery.
