This was one of my worst experiences due to the system being down for appointments but I dropped my car off with Hannah and she said it would take roughly 2-3 days before they could look at it due to over being down for appointments but I dropped my car off with Hannah and she said it would take roughly 2-3 days before they could look at it due to overwhelming amount of cars coming in for service and the construction. One week went by and still had not had any communication, so I kept calling the 3rd, 4th, and 5th days my car was there but never got any response. Finally on Saturday after 5 full days of not having my car Justin called and stated they would be working on it the following Monday which would make it one week. That following Monday which was now one week without my car and could not be offered a loaner by anyone, I had to Uber and spend extra money just to get to work while my car still had not been diagnosed. Justin called that Monday stating they figure out the problem but had to order a part and was gonna take 3-4 days to get it then they would work on it. 5 days go by again but had not heard anything, I contacted Justin who called me back that Friday evening stating the part was scheduled to come in on Saturday and the car would be ready Monday. Justin called that Monday stating it was ready by 1pm. I thank Justin for taking over my maintenance for my car because whoever Hannah was that took my car dropped the ball. Justin stated he had no idea my vehicle was on the lot and this was 5 days after I dropped it off. So please accommodate Justin because he was a blessing. This all happened between July 31st and ended August 15th. I think Hyundai needs a little more communication and more accommodation for customers who drop a car off and it takes two weeks, my CNA warranty apparently could not cover a rental car due to my service only needing 5 hours and the slotted amount is 8 hours of labor. This made life very difficult. But thank you to Justin again, disappointed with Hyundai and their management. Makes me not want to buy another Hyundai. More

Regarding my recent service visit, I must say I am disappointed. I recieved an email, days after my visit, informing me that my engine airfilter needed to be replaced and that the service had been pos disappointed. I recieved an email, days after my visit, informing me that my engine airfilter needed to be replaced and that the service had been postponed. It was not postponed by me...I was not made aware of the need to replace the filter at time of service, or I would have had it replaced while I waited for 2 hours. I called to speak to the service department, there was no answer, so I left a message with my contact info. To date, no one has returned my call. Now, at the expense of my time, I must schedule another appointment and sit and wait for additional service to be done which could have been accomplished during the original appointment. This is my 3rd Hyundai and up until this vehicle, I have had most of my service done at Kia, because of the disappointing service at the Hyundai dealership.
