Overpriced and ridiculous. Many items were unnecessary. Was told I needed a 3900 service that the code clearly said try changing spark plugs first. I called the dealer Monday night after my tire blew. There was no indicator of low tire pressure, nothing was hit as both the road and ditch were searched for road debris, and no potholes. I was told we would just need to bring it in and they would file a claim and replace the tire under its warranty. When my husband came in he was told they could do that but they had to prove nothing was hit, they never had good luck when making claims with hankook, and the process would be extensive. In order to get the vehicle back to full capacity my husband had to pay 344 for a tire that should be covered by warranty as it only had 2000 miles on it and blew without cause. More
