The service employees are either rude, or friendly but insult Hyundai corporate. I have had an issue and bad experience all 4 times I have brought my 2022 Hyundai Tucson plug in hybrid in. I plan to reque insult Hyundai corporate. I have had an issue and bad experience all 4 times I have brought my 2022 Hyundai Tucson plug in hybrid in. I plan to request to meet with the service manager and may decide to have to drive an hour away to another Hyundai. Service is HUGE to me and one of the reasons I chose Hyundai because I had a good experience in Jacksonville FL 20 yrs ago and heard good things about Hyundai which is why I chose this new car. I hope I won’t continue to wonder if that was a bad decision. $50k is a lot to pay for a car and I expect good service to come with that! More
