The service employees are either rude, or friendly but insult Hyundai corporate. I have had an issue and bad experience all 4 times I have brought my 2022 Hyundai Tucson plug in hybrid in. Service is HUGE to me and one of the reasons I chose Hyundai because I had a good experience in Jacksonville FL 20 yrs ago and heard good things about Hyundai which is why I chose this new car. I hope I won’t continue to wonder if that was a bad decision. $50k is a lot to pay for a car and I expect good service to come with that! More
