I’ve always been highly satisfied with this dealership, unfortunately my last visit was not the best experience. I dropped my car off for repair and found out the dealership does not provide a loaner vehic unfortunately my last visit was not the best experience. I dropped my car off for repair and found out the dealership does not provide a loaner vehicle nor due they operate a customer shuttle. I was told they would provide a car service but my home address was outside of the service area. The staff did guarantee me a ride back to the dealership once the repairs to my vehicle were completed. Sadly, that did not materialize. When the car services schedule by the dealership failed to provide a ride, it was suggested by the staff that I find my own transport back to the dealership. I will add, the only person at the dealership who showed true concern over my dilemma was Lauren. More
