Car brought to correct two deficiencies: wouldn’t start due to contaminated fuel; and a return problem of jerky propulsion at low speeds when turning left or right. The larger problem, the fuel, was handled efficiently and successfully. The other issue—a recurring problem with this car—was not, due to the mechanic/technician’s inability to recreate the problem. Nobody told me of this decision when notified the car was ready, nor was it mentioned when I picked it up. I could’ve instructed anybody how to recreate the problem, or demonstrated it myself upon pickup. More
