Shortly after purchasing 2 brand new 2024 vehicles (Santa Fe Calligraphy & Sonata Hybrid) from Capital Hyundai, I was met with disappointment. The Sonata’s battery immediately began to fail, and could not be replaced for over 2 months. The Santa Fe’s transmission failed within 2 months of purchasing it, and currently still has no estimated repair date. Not what I expected to happen when I purchased 2 brand new vehicles. Although I am still paying for this vehicle, it is unable to be driven or fixed. I am left beyond disappointed after trusting in Capital Hyundai to provide safe and reliable transportation for my family and I. I would not recommend to anyone in the market for reliable transportation. More
First visit was good and the service tech said he had to order a new infotainment system for my car. Week and a half later we take the car on and they only put on a new glass front and give my wife the car order a new infotainment system for my car. Week and a half later we take the car on and they only put on a new glass front and give my wife the car back. She fleets in and the infotainment system still does not work. They didn’t even test it before returning the car to my wife. No quality controls in place. The service manager seemed to be upset with the way the clerk handled the issue and apologized to my wife. Now they have to order the infotainment system again and we have to take the car back in when it arrives. More
