I went anyway, however had no expectations of driving off the lot with a new car. Overall, the final outcome was great! Love our new car and all the features it has. Jerome made the time welcoming. Randy in finance was very good; explaining what we needed to know and working with us. As it was late in the evening when we wrapped up the purchase, I came back the following morning and was taken to the service department.where I met the manager and staff.
