I would recommend this shop for warranty work. I don’t agree with the added fees (document storage, shop supplies, and the misc charge). As I was told, the misc charge is state mandated. The guy on the phone was Theo. He was cool and quick and told me when I asked about the oil change that it started at 89.99 but when I got to the service station the lady that was He was cool and quick and told me when I asked about the oil change that it started at 89.99 but when I got to the service station the lady that was helping me told the service guy that I wanted just an oil change and the guy was kind of demeaning and treated me like a kid and said “here bud the prices start at 179.99” and when I told him the guy on the phone said 89.99 he got an attitude and said “fine we’ll do it for 89.99” More
