first off I really like the Hyundai ELANTRA. I will not recommend this dealership capital Hyundai of Jacksonville, North Carolina due to the fact that I was lied to and drove an hour to get ther I will not recommend this dealership capital Hyundai of Jacksonville, North Carolina due to the fact that I was lied to and drove an hour to get there just to find out they did not have any of the 0% promotional ELANTRA’s in stock when they told me there were three. Then your ad said you will match any trade-in offer which they did not honor I was offered 18,500 by Nissan for my Nissan and Hyundai dealership only offered me 16,500. Had I not been so frustrated in wanting to get out of there and back to Kingston where I live I would’ve thought twice. They moved numbers around and made it seem like a nice deal until after I calm down later and realize that they pretty much screwed me. I do not appreciate being lied to and I feel like it was a used car salesman slight of hands that I just don’t appreciate. Like I said it is a very nice car, but I don’t appreciate being lied to and manipulated. The manipulation that I am talking about he said that he was giving me a discount for the vehicle to make it equivalent to 0% financing. What he may have done was given me the discount for the vehicle itself, not for the full price of the vehicle, which is tax tags title and the amount that I was over on my trade-in, which had it been a true 0% vehicle all that would’ve been included like I said I’m mad at myself for not thinking clearly, but they should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of the situation when they knew that I was frustrated from being lied to and driving an hour to get a vehicle that they said they had three of and had none on hand More
