I was very pleased with my first service experience at Capital Ford in Raleigh. I didn’t know what to expect for the heavy duty service on my new F250, but they were able to get it right in and perform th Capital Ford in Raleigh. It was pretty good overall, we just had a few gripes with it is all, it started off with them coming earlier than we were originally told they would come to pick it up which isnt too bad but regardless, and it is all, it started off with them coming earlier than we were originally told they would come to pick it up which isnt too bad but regardless, and then on top of that the car is a necessity to me and they almost forgot to do the car the same day it was picked up by them but we had to go and pick it up ourselves instead of it getting delivered which was previously stated. Like i said this isnt a big deal and mistakes happen but regardless we werent informed of anything and it wouldve been nice to be informed. They picked it up at 8:15am we didnt get it back until 6pm. More

This is going to be my second engine this year. Service has been trying to replace parts that were did during engine replacement in January. I've been trying to drive around so they could troubleshoot. I've had multiple visits since July. Finally the engine overheated and now I need another engine in 8 months. This engine should be recalled. There should be a service bulletin saying what to do to make sure it's not a engine going bad. Anytime this year and model Ford comes in for service or repair, should have mechanics looking for engine failure. Maybe Ford can find out what is wrong with the engine. Especially coolant and spark plug problems. Look at cars service history. This service department is very quick and able to get my service done same day. Just upset coolant which was replaced with engine and radiator repair recently, I'm told it's dirty and needs a flush already. Maybe Look a little deeper. More
