Reliable service, but repair people could be a little more careful with customer vehicles. I have not made a big deal out of it yet, but starting to be a bit annoying. When my vehicle was under full Ford warranty, there were no issues, now my vehicle belongs to me and I have not continued the warranty, it seems like there's less care with the handling of it when service is done. I still pay a lot and in cash and in full every trip. Just because I don't have the warranty doesn't meant I can't afford to get vehicle fixed. I expect the same quality handling of my vehicle EVERY trip I make. More
