I've always appreciated good service here. This time Ford could not assist me. I bought a .Mitsubishi from Ford and when my car stopped, I had it towed here. They didn't do anything to the car This time Ford could not assist me. I bought a .Mitsubishi from Ford and when my car stopped, I had it towed here. They didn't do anything to the car, but graciously towed over to the neighboring Mitsubishi dealership. I'm grateful for that. My only disappointment with Ford is they would not give me a loaner car based on that I did not have a Ford vehicle, though i bought it from there. And when I went back to my salesman, they had limited numbers and as in classic Ford fashion, I legit needed a loaner because my car stopped on the road, there was no help. Ford really needs to increase the amount of loaner cars to take care of their customers. More
