The salesman and sales manager did a good job the day of the purchase. 2 days after purchasing the car, the finance programs changed and I was told there was nothing that could be done. Until something is done to offset the amount of money that I will lose in this deal, I will not give any rating other than average. The way this has been handled is not the way you take care of a loyal Ford buyer. This is the 5th Ford I have bought new since 2013. More
