At Capital, we called them and told them what we had to trade and Terry Sharpe gave me a ball park range, which is all I wanted. From that point on, Terry made sure that we had a pleasant experience. The rest of the folks at Capital seemed very nice as well. They didn't pressure us in any way, yet let us know what her options for financing, extended warranty, etc. were. She loves the car (a 2013 Taurus Limited) and I have to say, that it's not your uncle's Taurus! Ford did a good job on this car! More

I came in on a Thursday night at about 8pm, an hour before closing time. I was welcomed and given excellent customer service as soon as I walked in the door. The next day I was once again welcomed by great customer service and Bubba assisted me in the buying process from beginning to end.
