I shopped around and decided which car I wanted. I knew exactly what specs I wanted and planned to order the car. I also wanted to communicate with e-mail. Some never responded. Of the ones that did respond, most tried to force the sale of a car that was already on the lot but didn't meet all of my specifications. Doug listened to what I wanted and sent me a quote for exactly the car I requested. I went back and forth between Capital and another dealership but, in addition to giving me fantastic service Capital also gave me the best price. When I picked up the car everyone at the dealership was very nice and the sales manager Mike even came out to shake my hand and talk to my family and me.
