I dropped off my vehicle for 7 working days to come back to them not touching it then took 7 more days to fix the cam phaser issue. Engine work I understand but that's why I booked the appointment. Lack of communication since I had 3 different people to deal with. Ford did help with a portion of the repair expired service recall that ran out 4 month ago. 5k to 1k. More

Usually everything is perfect but this time there was a hiccup. The new windshield wiper blades had the driver’s side protective covering left on I had never seen this and thought the blade had not been in hiccup. The new windshield wiper blades had the driver’s side protective covering left on I had never seen this and thought the blade had not been installed. Got caught in a rain shower and discovered the problem it was an easy fix but required a second trip to the service. Enter the following day. More
