Even though he don't own ford or haven't purchased his car from Dick Masheter they treat him with respect and willing to service his car. I have always returned to Dick Masheter to purchase a new vehicle and I have also referred friends and family there. More

Service is better than 5 Stars. WOW!!! Where do I start at, it started when I called to schedule my oil change. The lady that answered the phone was so nice and was able to give me a WOW!!! Where do I start at, it started when I called to schedule my oil change. The lady that answered the phone was so nice and was able to give me all the details that I needed upfront. I take my truck in to get service work done along with the oil change, and what can I say, greeted me with a smile along with really giving detail my needs. I will always come to Dick Masheter for now on to get anything done for my truck.I was in and out in the time that was promised to me. Service department Had to call several times to get someone to answer in the service department. Not good customer service. I asked the receptionist again what was going on with the service center and she transferred me again and Brandon answered again and said you don't need an appt. very frustrating!!!! More
