After expressing the confusion and how the people id contacted were not responding, Scott made sure I could contact Mr.AtKins who offered me a cleansing and then Parke cleaned it very well. They fixed my problem. i appreciated it. I will continue business with them. They are a good group of men who are not after money and exceed customer service. More

While part of the reason is that we have known him since the beginning he knows "his" products! He is pleasant in our dealings and has been right on with suggestive selling and advice. While we haven't known Parke for as long as we have Bruce, we have found him to be very through in his explanations concerning service and maintenance needs and requirements since we purchased our first Mercedes in 2006. We are expecting the same level of care from him with our most recent purchase! More

Customer Care Extraordinaire ! Parke Stafford exhibited knowledge and care for the customer from the very first call to set my service appointment. I drove from my home in Ft. Walto Parke Stafford exhibited knowledge and care for the customer from the very first call to set my service appointment. I drove from my home in Ft. Walton Beach to have my MB Sprinter 3500 RV receive it's first servicing. I called the day before, and a very nice young lady offered your shuttle service while we were having to wait. Jesse, the shuttle driver, was so sweet and considerate. It's refreshing to experience 'real people' at a MB dealership. I'm afraid that is not always the case. So many times you're judged by appearance and not as an individual. My partner and I are in the vacation rental management and real estate, so customer service is certainly what we're about. In the future I will not hesitate to drive 3 hours to experience the high level of customer service offered at your dealership. Now, for that S550...........I currently drive an SL550 and love it but looking for next experience. Thanks Julia More
