They're honest, attentive and they take such good care of me that when it was time to buy a new car I wouldn't have thought to go anywhere else. I don't know what I would do without Kent and Fred! I love my new car and I would highly recommend them. More
We had not planned to replace our Volvo S80 in 2011, but we found that working with Ed Reilly Subaru was a very positive experience. We had visited other dealers and looked at other manufactures without feeling that we had finnaly found the "right" vehicle and "right" dealership that we could continue to do business with. We are very connected in the Concord area and, after speaking with many business partners and friends, decided to purchase our 2011 Subaru Outback from Ed Reilly - Dana was a great person to work with and made the transactions painless - what it SHOULD BE. Been going to Ed Reily's for ?15 yrs and always find everything and every one to be wonderful and always most helpful. I have bought at least 4-5 Subaru's there. Service dept. is the best. If somethi everything and every one to be wonderful and always most helpful. I have bought at least 4-5 Subaru's there. Service dept. is the best. If something doesn't need to be fixed they don't do it. Find everyone to be very honest, they are all like friends. Place run very well and everyone that works there is always very pleasant. I continue to go there because of this. Fred was last salesman and I have known him for many yrs, he is almost like family, Of course I love Subaru's and have had one since 1980. Still the best car on the road. I could go on and on re Subaru's and of course Ed Reily's. Best garage in area and I tell everyone to go there and if they buy car from another dealer, I tell the to go there for their service. June Leone. Also LOVE this last Subaru. Such a great car. More

I bought a new 2011 WRX in January from Ed Reilly Subaru. I couldn't find the title for the Honda Element I was trading in, but they assured me it wasn't a big deal, that they could get a replacement. Only I couldn't find the title for the Honda Element I was trading in, but they assured me it wasn't a big deal, that they could get a replacement. Only when I got back home (northern Vermont- 2.5 hours away) did I realize that I had used my Honda to collateralize a loan for my business. Oops. My salesperson, Dana, was extremely cool about it. I worked things out with my bank and got them the title a week and a half later. The whole time the dealership was cooler headed than I was. They were very understanding and although they could have made it tough on me, they never did. I got the car for a good price and the whole experience was very positive. I would buy a car from them and recommend them to anyone looking for a new Subaru. More
A few weeks ago, I was in the market for a used car. I stopped in to just ask if they had anything for around $10,000.00 or so. The salesman who had greeted me at the door guffawed and said in a very rude stopped in to just ask if they had anything for around $10,000.00 or so. The salesman who had greeted me at the door guffawed and said in a very rude manner, "You aren't gonna find anything like that here" I wouldn't have minded if he had just said, I'm sorry, but at this time I'm not sure if we have what you are looking for. He then proceeded to look out at the car I had driven in (Subaru) and said, "Is that even inspected?" Yes, I replied,"It doesn't look like it, it has a January sticker on it" It was a current sticker for this year and I replied I would know if I was driving an uninspected vehicle. I'm not the type of person who likes to give bad reviews, but I felt about 2 inches tall when I left the dealership. I'm suprised in this economy that a sales person would be so rude to a potential customer. On a more positive note, I have heard very good things about their service department but have not personally had work done there. More
After a month or so searching the Internet for a used Dodge Caravan within a 50 mile radius of my home, I found a promising candidate at Ed Reilly's. My regular mechanic, who's an expert ASE certified d Dodge Caravan within a 50 mile radius of my home, I found a promising candidate at Ed Reilly's. My regular mechanic, who's an expert ASE certified diagnostician, tells me I'm a very fussy customer (that's why I only gave a 4 for quality of work - he's the only guy who gets a 5!), so you can believe we found everything that was wrong with the van. Josh (sales) and the staff quickly addressed all the cosmetic and mechanical issues I had, and even took the van to the next-door Dodge dealership to have a recall item that showed up on the CarFax repaired. Josh drove close to 100 miles to deliver the title to me when my wife ended up in the hospital and I couldn't get to the dealership to pick it up. I thought everyone went the extra mile to make the sale, provided truly exceptional service, and were always courteous and friendly to deal with. I'm extremely pleased with the vehicle and the entire sales process, and would highly recommend Ed Reilly's to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
I just bought a 2010 Subaru Legacy at Ed Reilly Subaru this past month. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership. I emailed the internet sales manager Bill Hybsch and explaine this past month. This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a dealership. I emailed the internet sales manager Bill Hybsch and explained to him what vehicle I was interested in and what accessories I wanted on the vehicle. I also let him know what my trade was and how many miles were on it. Bill let me know what they had in stock and he also let me know that if they didn't have exactly what I wanted they could always order or locate one for me. I setup an appointment and met Bill at the dealership that day. He had a manager there ready to appraise my trade and he had a salesperson there ready to show me the vehicle. I ended up getting a good value for my trade as well as a great price for the new vehicle. I still go there for service and everyone there is always very friendly to me. I feel like they truly care about me at Ed Reilly Subaru and I am not just another number. I recommended this dealership to anyone looking for a Subaru in the NH area. More
