We had a s My wife and I went to the Capistrano Volkswagen dealership via referral from a family member who purchased a new car from this dealership. We had a specific vehicle, we were interested in, a 2019 Volkswagen eGolf SE. We test drove the vehicle and several questions we had were answered at the dealership. Some questions regarding electric vehicle Federal Tax Credits, State & Utility Provider rebates could not be answered by the dealership due to these programs constantly changing, expiring, etc. All of the employees we made contact with were professional, pleasant to speak to, and they were honest & respectful in advising me to research the various rebate & incentives, etc. to answer questions we had about these various programs. It was a very pleasant experience for us at Capistrano Volkswagen. We are excited to have purchased a new car from them and look forward to avoiding those long lines at the gas station! More
