Miles Brandon purchased the store in June 1997 and has been providing tons of Smileage around the community ever since! We are conveniently located just east of the I-5 freeway off of Camino Capistrano in San Juan Capistrano, California. We are very excited that our newly renovated Volkswagen marketplace showroom has been completed and we can't wait to break ground on more renovations coming later this year!

70,000 mile service I stopped going to this dealer a while ago because I wasn't happy with the service but thought I'd give it another try in hopes that it had improved. I stopped going to this dealer a while ago because I wasn't happy with the service but thought I'd give it another try in hopes that it had improved. Unfortunately not much seems to have changed. The service center was understaffed (long line to check in your car even though everyone in line had appointments). The staff was ok, but as before, they always seem to be trying to up sell. For example, the video report on my car said my battery was low but the service guy told me it was dead and needed to be replaced immediately which of course wasn't true. The cost to replace the battery was about 25% more than other places. It's back to Irvine VW for me.... More
