I reached my service advisor, Nestor, by telephone immediately and was able to get his input about whether my car needed to be serviced even though I had a short window of time to have the service per immediately and was able to get his input about whether my car needed to be serviced even though I had a short window of time to have the service performed since I needed to use the car in the next couple of days. I brought my car in for service with a last minute appointment once I realized it needed to be serviced, and I wouldn't have time to do so any other day before I needed it. The dealership was able to accommodate me and serviced my car in the window of time that I needed the service. In addition, the dealership was efficient with completing the service and my service advisor, Nestor, communicated with me throughout the process. I am appreciative of the work that was done and the service I received, even on short notice. More
