You really understand service I have owned Toyota vehicles for the last 6 years now. I said I would never leave Ford F-150 but the sad fact is they lost what I have now come to le I have owned Toyota vehicles for the last 6 years now. I said I would never leave Ford F-150 but the sad fact is they lost what I have now come to learn is "caring for clients" that Toyota Motor Credit and its management have shown me. You don't know how much someone cares until they extend a helping hand and follows through. Toyota has stepped up many times over these last few years for me and I'm selling their vehicles on the streets when people ask me about my NEW truck. Not getting paid for this but my referrals will keep coming to you guys. Keep up that American Spirit that seems to be missing with many other companies. This is real and something Toyota just did for me really helped me out. The funny thing is, in this case they offered me help and I had not asked them for it. That is how it should be. Disappointed many times over This is the local dealer for my son's Scion TC. Every time he brings it in for a servic, he is met with some problem. This last visit we took the time This is the local dealer for my son's Scion TC. Every time he brings it in for a servic, he is met with some problem. This last visit we took the time to bring in a coupon for an oil change service , and they again gave him problems saying it only covered STANDARD oil. They don't understand the meaning of good customer service. I even spoke to the service manager, Jackie Moore, and still only received more hassle. Repeat business and word of mouth means nothing to them. Will not be back and I recommend going to someone else to service your Toyota/Scion. More
