Even the place is very outdated and not as modern setup compare to big name places. First, their website was accurate re on the lot when I showed up. Second, the sales rep (Bill O) was experienced and recognized I had done my homework beforehand and let me choose between the two Tacomas showed up. There were no games (MSRP = price) and I was able to complete the transaction quickly on a Friday morning 4/21/23. I got a good vibe at the the place that the folks that worked there were happy and wanted to do right by the customer. I observed for a while while the transaction was going on and was able to figure to who was the sale manager and was very impressed by both her interactions with her staff and with customers who came into the showroom. Neither she, nor her staff, were showy, but rather attentive. I resisted buying a new vehicle for 19 years from a dealer. and I shopped around in North Orange a bit at Toyota dealerships and was left cold. More
