Kim and Cameron were great! Easy quick process and great customer service. Could have not asked for better people to work with. Stayed 2 hours after closing to finish up! Service guy first gave me a confusing story about hitting the truck alarm with my leg (which I didn't.) Then he moved to a new starter which he said was $2200. But he wasn't sure if I needed it, but they would replace if I want. Told him too much. (I googled cost to be between $620 and $821.) Then he moved to new spark plugs. And he would throw those in free with the starter for $2200. Annoying, weak sales work by that guy. Please get him more training. I finally told him to just replace plugs. Which now I see you guys are charging me $850 for spark plugs. Ugh. I'll be back for convenience and usual good service. But when did you guys turn new (he must be) service guys in to sales people trying to upsell the service work? Unprofessional and he kinda pissed me off cause I bought my truck there and have been coming to you for service almost 10 years. I'm not sure of his name actually, I don't think it was Luis. More
