VERY GOOD VISIT1 I ran upon a concrete barrier in a parking lot that had rebar sticking out the top. I didn't realize my vehicle was that low. When I backed it off I p I ran upon a concrete barrier in a parking lot that had rebar sticking out the top. I didn't realize my vehicle was that low. When I backed it off I pulled the front bumper and some of the lining underneath loose. I placed a telephone call from home and left a message. I needed to go to work the following day, so my daughter followed me to Cape Girardeau Honda and without an appointment I went in. The fellow at the desk was very nice and said they would fix it for me. He called me at work a few hours later and let me know the car was finished. I asked them to do a three year check while it was there. When I got there I got an itemized statement showing what had been done and was surprised because it seemed very reasonable. I also had asked about the tread on my tires (I am a widow) and know very little about tires or automobile repairs. He let me know that my tires were still in very good condition. I appreciate an honest workman because there are a couple of places that would have made me feel like I needed new tires immediately. I appreciate Cape Girardeau Honda, because my Sonata has given me very good service and so has the company when I have a need. By the way, I did receive a telephone call regarding the message I left the previous evening and let me know that I could go ahead and bring it up. I let him know it was already there. Thanks again for the very pleasant visit. More

EXCELLENT SERVICE FOR TRAVELERS We were traveling south on long trip when air conditioning stopped. They worked us in on a Monday! unsatisfied customer I must say I am very disappointed with my last purchase from honda cape girardeau. In the past they have done me well which is why I had decided to co I must say I am very disappointed with my last purchase from honda cape girardeau. In the past they have done me well which is why I had decided to come back again to make another purchase, only this last time wasn't a pleasant one. I was sold a 2011 chevy equinox but before hand I test drove the vehichle no problems at all. Not even 2 weeks later the truck begin to feel as if it were missing. When i brought it to their attn they claim there was nothing wrong with the vehichle when obviously there was. About a month after the purchase the window went out and I still had the problem of the truck missing. Once again i took it to their servive dept to have it looked at and they proceeded to tell me that they hooked it up to the machine and there was nothing wrong with it. I left after paying for the window to be fixed which i felt should not have came out of my pocket considering that I had only made 1 payment on the car. I cont to drive the vehichle only to see that it was getting worse. Now my check engine light is on and I decided to take it to a chevy dealership this time. Hopefully they can come up with a solution. I just feel as if honda did not take the time out that was needed for their customer. Not to mention i feel like there were some figures or prices that were not properly discussed during the closing. More
