Misleading Internet sales (BEWARE!) We decided to make the 2+ hour drive to Cape Honda to check out a car, already had financing lined up. We were going to look at a Prius Five as it wa We decided to make the 2+ hour drive to Cape Honda to check out a car, already had financing lined up. We were going to look at a Prius Five as it was advertised online - even called to double check that it was a five and they assured me it was. I have owned a prius 5 in the past, It is the top of that line and it comes standard with most features (Sat radio, Navigation.....). Got there to test drive and it was obviously not a prius 5, maybe a 2 or three. No XM, no navigation, no heated mirrors..... When I brought this up, they told me those were options. I had to show them on my cell phone from toyota site that these actually were standard features on the 5. They just stated, I guess they listed it incorrectly. No apologies, were given no options at similar cars, nor a discounted price on the obviously overpriced, mis listed lesser prius. Lesson learned - I won't be back there for any reason. More

Curtis was so nice,professional and genuinely understanding. I didnt feel pressured at all. When the day comes and I have no choice but to buy a different car, ai will go to Cape Girardeau Honda and Curtis. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
