Excellent work Ethics and Repair Had SES light energized on instrument panel of 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara with 88k miles. Results of diagnosis indicated that the issue was emissions Had SES light energized on instrument panel of 2010 Jeep Wrangler Sahara with 88k miles. Results of diagnosis indicated that the issue was emissions related. Turned out to be several issues the worst being the replacement of the fuel tank due to a faulty valve. Becky or service consultant did a day job at keeping me informed of the progress. This was my first problem with this Jeep and am truly grateful for the lifetime warranty. More

Poor customer service in service I attempted to make a service appointment. The lady on the phone stated no appointments for 2 1/2 weeks. Stated if I was concerned I could just driv I attempted to make a service appointment. The lady on the phone stated no appointments for 2 1/2 weeks. Stated if I was concerned I could just drive in without an sppointment. So I arrived at 6:45 am the next morning. I was told “you can leave it here for the next day or two and I’ll try to get to it”. No offer for loaner car, nothing. I left. I attempted to call and make an appointment when I got home. Someone kept taking my name and number and said they would call me back. Nothing. So I called Galeana and within 5 minutes I had an appointment for the following week. I have driven into galeana several times without an appointment and was NEVER turned away. I was happy about getting a Jeep dealer in the Cape so I wouldn’t have to drive so far. But if this is the way they do business- I’ll drive to Galeana in Fort Myers. More

There is an area with a tv and books for kids, another with power for people who need to work while they wait plus another tv area and sitting groups. Andrew was my service technician and he was great. I would recommend him to everyone. Carlos De Los Santos answered my questions about new vehicles and showed me a couple without any pressure. I had told him it was for a family member not me but he took the time to give me information without high pressure. Glad to have this group in the Cape. More

I was impressed with the service check-in (which is far better laid out compared the dealership in Fort Myers). My Service Advisor was Matt who was very professional and excellent about updating me on progress, etc while I waited. Waiting area and overall dealership facility is the nicest I have ever seen. The vehicle I was servicing is 13 years old so I appreciated Matt giving me a heads-up on a couple things to keep an eye on but was grateful he did not try to push extra services that visit. They seem to have high standards and should do well in Cape Coral should they maintain this benchmark. More
