Very good service. Even though i have to take the truck back to show the diesel tech the problem I'm having (Brake Issue). All recalls completed and warranty work done and they even washed my truck. All in 6 hours. I look forward to working with them for a long time. Only thing i have is the parts are expensive. I bought 2 diesel filters and it came out to 180 dollars, and i know i could get them cheaper even being OEM. But because i was there i just spent the dime as i didn't have time to go get them any where else at the time. But if i ended up paying for the rotation it would have worked out to about the same. Do not go here without learning what things cost. I was there to have a diagnosis done on my uConnect system. Told me there was a problem with my battery and they couldn't do the diagnosis without me I was there to have a diagnosis done on my uConnect system. Told me there was a problem with my battery and they couldn't do the diagnosis without me getting a new battery. I knew the battery wasn't that old and under warranty. They told me to replace my battery would be in excess of $400. When I said I had a Dodge Journey and the battery was in the wheel well they said then it would be even more. I went back to the dealership where I got the battery; it was under warranty and I didn't have to pay anything for it. When I asked for the cost of replacement it was less than $200, with the battery being in the wheel well. Plus I called and they never returned my calls. I won't go back. More

Unorganized and felt taken advantage of. We have been here several times. Every time they try to charge us for services even though we paid for the platinum service package. They should know We have been here several times. Every time they try to charge us for services even though we paid for the platinum service package. They should know this. Then they tried to charge us a $100 deductible even though paperwork says 0 deductible. Our service was not listed in excluded part of paperwork. When we questioned it the service manager was unavailable and ultimately we didn’t get charged. I just feel like they are trying to pull one on us. Very unprofessional. More
