Very poor customer service Parts were ordered and appointment was set when parts came in. Appointment was for 8am so we dropped the truck off the night before. We did not hear from the service department all day so we called at about 3pm to check if the truck was finished. To our disappointment we were told that the truck had been overlooked and no one had even started on it. We picked it up and set another appointment for next week. We will try waiting for it so we can check on the progress. More

The employees as brand knowledgeable, and realize that Dodge/Jeep owners are a different breed, and very into their vehicles. Staff is all great, place is clean and cutting edge. Blake was my service advisor. He was awesome and took down some of my specialty notes about my Jeep to pass on to the tech about work I had performed on it years earlier. My clock spring had failed 5 years ago, long before the recall. I replaced it myself, and wasn’t sure if it was still up for recall. Being a former tech/advisor myself, I appreciate that Blake, nor anyone else questioned what I was saying, they were super relaxed about everything. More
