Good location and good service dept. I do not like your policy that you do not quote a price for a oil change and other service work up front. I advised the service rep when I signed in I do not like your policy that you do not quote a price for a oil change and other service work up front. I advised the service rep when I signed in for my appointment that I would like to know what the oil change would cost. I told him my oil change last year at your service dept. was around $50. He looked it up and advised me that they charged me $56. It was my understanding that my oil change would be the same this time around as I agreed to the $56. However when I checked out the charge was $70+. The break down of the price included $8+ for what was defined as misc. cost. I do not really know what this is for? Also I am disappointed that when you do the new oil change you do not fill to the full fill line on the dip stick. I ran into this at my last oil change at your location. When I checked my oil before leaving, I checked the oil level and found it to be almost to the low level line on the dip stick. Again I brought this to the attention of your service dept. and they advised me that Chry has advised to use only 5 qts. instead of the 6 qts. originally required by Chr. I do not totally understated this but I advised your service det. that if Chr did in fact change the oil level specs they should notify me the owner and provide your oil change tech with a new approved oil level dip stick to reflect the change in oil level specs from Chr. I did request and received the correct oil level as indicated on the dip stick in the engine which required about 3/4 of a qrt more than was originally installed. Because of the lack of transparency in you providing a price for your services and the oil change level issue I will be shopping around for any non warranty service in the future. More
